Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your service from POST. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER DBPR REPORTING IS COMPLETED.
RETURN PROCESS
To process a return, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the Contact Form and the Course Evaluation, plus include your receipt of payment, and mail your return to the following address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return, we will process your refund (for course credit). Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your information to process. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
